Winter Greens Smoothie

[Serves 1]

 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup coconut water or water

1 large handful spinach

2 large kale leaves (stems optional)

½ banana

1 pear, chopped

1 tablespoon chia seeds

dash of cinnamon

 

Add more liquid for desired consistency. Blend and enjoy!
